ABOUT ME

I'll start with family. I have four brothers a baby sister (she's two and so adorable). I am very close to my family but that doesn't stop me from traveling around. I'm upbeat and love to meet new people. I've learned from some of my couch surfing experiences to always say yes! Well, everything in moderation. I really enjoy reading especially about things I know nothing about. This past summer I worked for a woman who had quite a big garden but she wasn't able to tend to it so I got the amazing experience of growing all sorts of wild veggies and herbs! It was so fun and quite a learning experience. With that being said, I love to garden, as well as be outside. My upbringing was very outdoors and recently I just bought a kayak which I will using as soon as spring rolls around. I would love to tell anyone more if they're interested so message me with any questions!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently not in the position to host (living at home), which i'm bummed about but I'd say my participation is in telling everyone I can about the wonderful nature of couch surfing as well using it to keep the community alive and thriving! I am also very much interested in meeting for coffee or tea.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My couchsurfing experience has just begun! I recently went on a road trip around the Nnorthern Midwest of the States and surfed a couch in Minneapolis and then in Toledo, Ohio. It sparked a wonderful realization that there are beautiful open-minded people out there that want to share there experiences with people who are open to it. I stayed with two wonderful girls who held the key to Minneapolis and were bummed when they didn't have surfers and in Toledo with a guy who knew something about everything, especially food! My surfing experience is hopefully going to keep growing and growing!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would say snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef was an intense experience for me. The colors blew my mind and when you're under water it is so easy to let go and feel weightless and nothing but the warm, clear water rolling over your skin. I think it comes from my dream of being the Little Mermaid as a child that makes this almost a dream come true experience for me.
