First and foremost- I love Jesus. My passion is in health and nutrition, and I believe in the alternative medicine theory. I live by a whole food plant-based lifestyle, and love adventure!
PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is that God has a reason for everything. Our bodies are a temple and we need to take care of them by eating right and exercise. Life is a journey, and I want to live it right.

Served America through a National Service program for ten months. I got the opportunity to travel the Southwest region, while getting to know communities on a deeper level.

I've also hiked 50 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail in the North Cascades!
