Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am found of my native city Kharkiv. I am interested in its history and know many unique places in it. I also make a tour around the city for my friends with a great pleasure. I would like to meet people who also love their cities and would be glad to show them to me. We could create a network of guides.

Movies:
"Gone with the wind"
I prefer movies that have an idea and are not just an action with fighting and blood.
I like old French movies and some movies that were made in Soviet Union.
Musik:
jazz, classic music, Celin Dion, some Ukrainian bands (for example Pikardijska tercia) and many other singers and bands - it depends on mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm sure that the most amazing and beautiful things, we can see, were created by Nature.
For example, for me it was really amazing when I was hiking in the Caucasus. I was very excited when we reached the top of the mountain, looked around and saw all that beauty that surrounded us: black sea on the one side, mountain peaks covered with snow on the opposite side, green forest at the foot of the mountain. As far as the eye could see we saw only pure nature - just mountains and trees... I have strong positive impression of this trip. And even those facts that we got lost there because of fog, that we missed our train and came home 2 days later can't destroy it!
