About Me
I completed my world trip in August 2012 after having planned it in 2008. Over the course of the year I visited 14 different countries and met some amazing people.
I'm currently living in Kobe (Japan) working as a teacher in an international school.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I couch surfed in Fiji for the first time and loved it. I'm hoping at some point I will be able to host! This is my first time living in a country where English is not the native language. I'd like to meet locals and expats with similar interests.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favourite book so far is Shantaram! Really good book especially if you're traveling around India. You can really relate to it!
I recently read Nothing to Envy and it really opened my eyes to the lives of people in North Korea.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking the Inca Trail in Peru was amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, someone always has an interesting or amazing story to tell!
