Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My love for languages has made me decide to try Couchsurfing out! There are many countries that I want to visit, and hopefully this website will help me achieve this goal.
Another reason why I chose to sign up to this website is because, I love meeting new people. The world is a massive place, there are billions of us. No book, no website, no newspaper would be able to give you a real feel for the country unless you visit the country, or speak to the people of that country.
I want to be able to make friends with people all over the world and learn about their culture, history, what makes them laugh and what their version of fun is. I want to open myself up to new experiences.

Interests

One of my interests are learning languages :D
I'm currently learning Spanish and have been studying Japanese for a year and a bit, but I still find Japanese difficult :( I want to be able to learn many more languages such as Korean and Italian. Some people have the amazing talent of being able to learn languages very quickly, but unfortunately for me... it'll take some time.

My other interests are design: Fashion and Product Design.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite film would have to be 'Wolf Children: Ame and Yuki' (does an animation count, it does right? hahaha). As for my favourite book.... that's a hard one as I don't necessarily have favourites, I have books that I enjoy.

One thing that I would love to be able to do would be, reading books in different languages. For example, reading novels in Japanese and Spanish. I must study really hard in order to achieve this goal!
