About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be SUPER AWESOME and eat lots of delicious food

ABOUT ME

Jennifer wuz here. She now has her own profile.

I study biomedical engineering and I'm applying to medical school in the States currently. I really enjoy traveling. Two things I am passionate about are basketball and math, but I also really love learning about everything.

PHILOSOPHY

My least favorite thing is to have other people wait on me in some way. So I try to be timely and not to hold up lines and such. I think that not enough people consider the effects on others in just day to day things.
I'm also kind of competitive. Mainly when it comes to sports, but that can extend into challenges and other things sometimes. I guess that's more of like an attribute not a philosophy.

Interests

Basketball
Mathematics
Music (I play some Guitar)
Snowboarding
Windsurfing
Cooking, though I'm not very good

Music, Movies, and Books

I'll have a go at the music section. I thought I would just list the artists on my itunes top 25 most played, though there's a lot of music I like that I don't have.

The Doors, Deep Purple, The Smiths, The Strokes, Audioslave, Pink Floyd, The Black Keys, Radiohead, Offspring, Thin Lizzy, Daryll-Ann, Weezer, The Animals, Ensiferum, Holy Hand Grenades, Alice in Chains, Tontons, Food Fighters

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I learned how trapieze for about a week once.

Teach, Learn, Share

If provoked, I will talk about math or biomedical science/engineering for extended periods of time. That's pretty much what I know best, but I can also talk well about most American sports.
Most people when they meet me like to ask me about living in Texas where I grew up, so it's always fun discussing stereotypes and whether or not I own a horse and/or gun etc.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Sweden, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, United States
