Hello!
I’m Amalie, and I’m from the north European countey called Norway. Originally I grew up in the capital, but i would not say that I am a city person despite that. Fortunately, Oslo is a city surrounded by water and forests, giving people a chance to find belonging there. I’m also half danish, and have spent a lot of my childhood in the countryside of Denmark by the ocean. So far, that may be my favorite place.

I started travelling to Asia in December, and it opened me up to all possibilities i have in life. I have chosen not to decide what I am going to do in the future, but just let my abilities and passions guide me. I like to spend my days doing creative things like writing, painting, cooking, baking, dancing and playing the ukulele. I have always loved to write, letting the pen put down all my thoughts and ideas. I love to write short stories, poems, or just thoughts, and I am currently working on a longer story.

Intereses

My interests include writing, reading, exploring and going on small adventure in places i have been or never been before, walking in nature, dancing, drawing, cooking vegan food😋. I also sometimes play the ukulele because it gives me peace.

Música, películas y libros

Beach house, the Smiths, David Bowie, Bon Iver and Radiohead are mye favorites . I love movies that make you feel and think differently after you have watched them, so I really like moonlight, american beaty, donnie darko, shutter island and eternal sunshine of the spotless mind. I read a lot of different books. I love books that i can learn, grow and get inspired from. I think my all time favorite books are the nix, the edible woman, norwegian wood and all the light we can not see. The book that I have so far connected most with is 1Q84, and is for me a very special book.
