我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I could say..Firstly to have a joy of staying with someone who belongs to the city and is proud and enthused about their place and culture to host someone and let them see what they see is a great thing to have!! And to have lovely people stay with me so I can have great company!!

I believe a place is not just about bookmarking hotspots of the place and going to the most rated places on google but also it's about small joys like, 'a riverside small Cafe and off beat foodhawker that you won't even think of going alone, but actually cooks the signature dish of city'.. So.. Those kind of places!!!

So things like these attracts me to couchsurfing!!! Which is all about sharing travelling enthuse with people of your tribe.. The travelling Tribe!!!

Mostly Classical, slow, soulful music... Sometimes I like pop.. Otherwise all I need is folk, country and classical!!!

Books :

A good story is a must.. In fiction like kite runner or Kafka on the Shore (ending sucks though)

In non fiction : I like war histories (mossad).. Or diplomacy (Henry kissinger, Choices by Shiv shankar menon) or historical (India's struggle for independence, Sapiens by Harari, India after gandhi) and so on!!

Movies : oh movies I could go on..

I love watching movies be it of any language as it gives me chance to know other culture, horizons, way of living.
