About Me
Hey! I'm an open-minded and fun-loving person hoping to make friends around the world. I graduated from Drew University in Madison, NJ - only a short train ride away from New York City. I love music, films, books, and experiencing new places. I feel most at home being in nature or on a plane leading to the next adventure!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to experience every culture I can and to live like a local! I want to demystify the world and feel more confident as a global citizen. More than anything, I want to make meaningful connections and memories with people. I feel strongly about the unique and beautiful opportunities for friendship that Couch surfing brings :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have driven cross country from New Jersey to Denver, Colorado and back, with two friends.
When I was 15 I team-taught a developmental ski team of about eight kids for six weeks!
I went sky diving over the Swiss Alps
I've worked many odd jobs starting with working as a ski instructor when I was 14, then as a sales associate, waitress, barista, babysitter, I worked at a fruit stand in New York City, as an intern at a recording studio. Currently, I'm freelance writing.
I backpacked through Europe for a month and visited England, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
I spent time in South America studying Spanish in Cusco, Peru for 7 weeks where I lived with a host family. I volunteered for one month with an NGO providing humanitarian aid to Venezuelan refugees in Colombia.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can give beginner guitar lessons or take professional headshots of you :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would love to share stories and personal experiences. I can tell you the best spots to visit in New York City and in the States in general, as I've spent time on both coasts and in most of the major cities. I've been told that I'm a good active listener, so I'm always happy to give advice or share empathy :)
I am very easy-going, low maintenance, and always considerate of others.
