About Me
In a nutshell? Life partners, astangis, acroyogis, vegans, travelers, adventurers, nature lovers.
Brad and I just quit our respective day jobs, packed up our car and hit the road with our sweet pup, Sarabi. We strive to live as fully as possible in every moment, which brought us to the realization that we both needed some travel time. Time to connect with others and time to connect with nature. We left Chattanooga, TN in mid-October 2016 and will be on the road for as long as we need to be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We want to meet and connect with as many interesting humans as we can! We love exploring new cities through the eyes of a local.
When our adventures on the road come to an end, we look forward to the opportunity to host travelers passing through our neck of the woods.

Music, Movies, and Books
If it makes you think, grow, question things, or contemplate beauty, we are all in.
Authors for example:
Eckhart Tolle, Aldous Huxley, Dostoyevsky, Dickens, Palahniuk, Ayn Rand, Hargrove, Richard Bach, Sun Tzu, and many others
When it comes to music, if it makes you feel alive, helps you be present, suits the current mood, or makes you want to move, we are likely to enjoy it - from classical to classic rock to hip hop, R&B, and jazz, electronic, ambient. We especially enjoy discovering artists we have never heard before!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Brad: Graduated with national honors with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
Amanda: Completed 4 marathons in one year! It was a phase, but I still love to run my heart out on trails and roads.
Teach, Learn, Share
Bradley knows a little bit about everything! He always has interesting, useful bits of knowledge to share.
Amanda is a 200-hr RYT certified yoga instructor and is a classically trained flutist. She will probably have random bits of knowledge to share, too - we all do!
We both love to cook and will joyfully prepare plant-based meals to share with our hosts.
We also make our own cleaning and personal care items and would be happy to share recipes with you.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Vegan cooking: We both love to cook food that makes you feel better after eating it! We would be thrilled to cook for you and with you.
AcroYoga: Brad and I are certified AcroYoga instructors. We are always happy to share the art of acro with others.
Good conversations, connection, stories, and hugs!
