我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I originally got on Couchsurfing to have a local show me around, but it quickly became much more than that. I've never met such people, but it goes to show how closed my eyes really must be.

After about 4 experiences of couchsurfing going from Florida to Oregon, I would like to host now at my new place in Portland!

My story is the really the only thing I can really share, as the rest is just trinkets and knowledge from books, media, etc. Cleverness can be learned, but does not get you far like true experiences can. I'd love to learn deeper truths about generosity, community, and understanding and would love to be inspired by your story as well.
