I'm 32 yo from Texas. Awesome is my middle name... okay, actually it's Leigh, but still. I have a degree in Theatrical Lighting Design and Stage Management but started in theatre acting, so I'm rather outgoing.

Currently getting my MFA in Stage Management from the University of Alabama.

Interests

I like taking classes and soaking up bits of information whenever I can. I recently took a pottery class and a philosophy class. I need to schedule the Krav Maga classes I signed up for. Learning things makes me happy.

I really enjoy scuba diving and would like to do that more often if possible.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm into books, but it takes a bit to grab my attention. I like the Red Rising Trilogy and most things by Neil Gaiman. I tend to read a lot of non-fiction and memoirs, etc like Eat Pray Love, The Five Love Languages, The Four Agreements, etc.

Movies, I like everything except horror. I don't like being scared, but I also don't tend to go for the cheese, disbelief. I like comedies, action, foreign indy, and everything in between.

Music, I am limited in my knowledge to that which I grew up with and that which I currently find happy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I started scuba diving in 2013 and was able to dive in Egypt, Greece, Bulgaria, and Turkey. The most amazing being the Red Sea. I also got to go to Cayman Brac in September where I dove a shipwreck and got to pet a big grouper like a puppy.
