我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have a lust for life and adventure. My biggest thrill is to meet and get to know people, share stories/experiences, and explore the world with as many unique opportunities as possible.

FOOOOOD! I love to cook and create meals...I find that the most rewarding part of preparing a meal is sharing it with people. I enjoy hosting get togethers and conversation around a communal table filled with good wine, people from around the world, conversations and stories that go well into the evening filled with laughter, love, and a new found respect.
On Sunday mornings I enjoy sitting on my porch reading with a cup of coffee in the morning.
I'm pretty active and enjoy doing regular yoga, biking, swimming, hiking, camping, sailing, SCUBA, snowboarding, trail running, etc. Hoping to learn to surf!!
I'm happiest when I'm outdoors and among nature.

Books, I enjoy mostly non fiction, and have a slight obsession with collecting vegan/vegetarian cookbooks!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Traveled to India when I was in college and stayed for a month with locals, visiting temples, remote villages, experiencing a hindu wedding, the cultural traditions, food, entertainment, and using every form of transportation the country offered (train, elephant, camel, rickshaw, ambassador car, plane). A truly humbling experience.
