This profile is really about Mark Chisholm and myself because we're a package deal. We met 13 years ago working a The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, a luxury resort in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. I was a small town Alberta girl who grew up fishing & ATVing and ended up in Jasper to start my career in marketing right after college. Mark was from the other side of the country - Nova Scotia - and came out West looking for adventure and a steady stream of tips as a handsome & charming server. In Jasper we fell in love with food, wine and each other!

We're both very close with our families, have an amazing network of colleagues and friends and are enjoying our child-free downtown lifestyle.

Two reasons:

1) Mark and I love hosting friends and showing them how amazingly underrated Edmonton is.

2) For our 10 anniversary we've decided to travel Western Europe. Central America and possibly Chile. This isn't a luxury tour city hopping and hitting the tourist spots, we're really hoping to meet great people, get a glimpse of the culture and experience real food.

Mark and I are both excellent cooks and love to share our passion for all things food & beverage. Whether it's pairing the perfect wine or mixing up an intricate cocktail Mark will blow you away with his knowledge. We would be thrilled to cook for hosts and hopefully introduce them to a new food experience.

I also play the guitar and banjo and like to play the type of music people can sing along to - campfire style.

Having worked in hotels we know what is and isn't great guest etiquette. We're considerate and laid back people.

Plus, we're told we're pretty fun to be around!
