I'm a Life Coach, as well as a Reiki & Theta Healing Practitioner. I work at Music Festivals in the Summer.

I love the Arts! I am lucky enough to live in Bristol, voted the happiest place to live in England! It has a great music and arts scene, with a great community spirit, which has had a huge impact on myself and my values.

I sing in a band, DJ and do live theatrical performances as part of an all female troupe called 'Dada for Girls'

I love hiking in the mountains. I have rediscovered cycling after 2 decades and whilst I'm not the best cyclist I simply love it!
