A mother and life long learner. My passion is social services. I have been working with underserved/marginalized populations for over a decade in a variety of capacities.

I am also driven by adventure and struggle with standing still for too long. I try my best to stay as active as possible.

Music
I live for the Winnipeg Folk Festival, so you can gather what my music interests are from there. I love the sound of an acoustic guitar around a fire. I try to surround myself around as much music as possible.

I gravitate to the dark comedy independent film types.

Books
Reads include The Book of Negros, Life of Pi, Memoir of a Geisha, Kite Runner or classics like To Kill a Mocking Bird
