Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a first time traveller, and I'm going solo. Why? (Because I'm a badass obv.) My goal is to meet new people hear new perspectives make new connections see amazing sights have mind blowing new experiences and grow. I want to take all I can from an incredible opportunity to learn about myself and the worlds I know nothing about. Couch surf seems to me to be a community of folks who have stepped up, stepped out of the box and are here to accomplish the same set of goals. But hey, if I'm in the wrong place would someone be kind enough to give me directions to that place.... I'd like to go there ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: If only I could just upload my Spotify Playlists, you could see the eclectic array of (what some would say) terrible tunes. That get into my bones and make me move, or not move, depending on my mood. Lots of Classic Oldies, Indie, Nu Disco, Electronic and yes, the occasional pop guilty pleasure.

Movies: Angel-a, Moonrise Kingdom, Leon the Professional, Red, I don't know, I usually just watch documentaries...

Books: House in the Sky, was the last book to blow my mind. I love memoirs.
