ABOUT ME
I'm the one with short hair in my main photo. The lady to the right is Rachel, my most willing travel buddy, and the lady to the left is Megan, my college roommate.

I love travel, running, swimming, jumping for joy, music, dancing, long nights, early mornings, seagulls, crashing waves, old buildings, Oreos, art of all kinds, new friends, old friends, dogs, baking, sunshine, rainy days, mountains, snow, making lists, and New Girl.

Right now, I'm just a surfer. When I'm able to get my own place, I'll host for sure! It'll be great to be on the other side of the system--helping people to get to know my town.

Intereses

Life interests me! People, places, history, culture, adventures...all of it.

I'm also a knitter, a soccer lover and dabble a little with Rubix cubes. I color in my free time and watch reruns of MASH, sometimes at the same time. I love food of all kinds, particularly spicy burritos, and I've never met a dog I didn't at least try to pet. Cats are cool too but they don't let me get away with as much.

Sometimes if I'm feeling antsy I'll go running, but generally you can find me wandering around the city watching people do funny people things. I've worked two summers as a camp counselor, volunteered for a music festival, and work with displaced refugee children in Louisville, KY -- my hometown. I'm a people and relationships person.

My celebrity heroes are Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Casey Neistat (awesome Youtuber/filmmaker. Look him up!), Emma Stone, and Ellen. See? She's so cool your don't even need her last name.

My favorite part of traveling is the way it teaches me to relax. Travel can be stressful, especially when everything goes wrong. But it's those stressful moments that teach us how to be the best us we can be in tough spots. Every experience is a learning and growing opportunity!
