As it says on my profile my name is Amanda and I am from the beautiful island of Guam. I have lived on Guam my whole life. I haven't explored Guam as much as I would like but I also haven't explore the world. That is my main goal: Explore the world and have adventures. I am at a good age to explore. I am single, I have a steady job as a nurse just not registered, where I could safely pay my bills but I want more things. I want to fill my journal with my experiences. I want to be able to tell my future children what I have done and what they could do. Nothing is impossible.

I have been a member of CS since 2012 but I haven't utilized this website because I am not a well-rounded traveler. I have traveled only to the Philippines and recently to Cairns (Sept 2015). I won a round trip ticket there and it was life changing. Rewind to now. I booked a trip and I am interested on the "couch surfing" experience. I have bitten with the travel bug. Adventure is out there!

I like to think I'm very open minded so I am very interested in meeting new people, hearing their stories and having lots of new experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a pretty eclectic taste in music ranging from Debussy to Cannibal Corpse.
I have watched over 200 movies. I took a survey my friend sent my on facebook and I have literally seen all the movies on the list.
My favorite movie so far and in no particular order has got to be perfume, the red violin, UP, Crash, The Exorcist, and the list goes on.
I like any books that will help me gain knowledge about the world and about myself. Like music I have an eclectic taste. If I like something I will stick to it and if I don't then I will just put it to the side or pass it on to someone that may like it. The last book I read was Tim Ferris' 4-hour work week.
