I'm originally from the Netherlands and after having spent quite some time in Latin America and London, I've now settled in Brasilia. Ready to explore Brazil!

I think I can describe myself as a fun, easy going and open-minded girl who enjoys meeting new people. I love being with friends, traveling, going out, dancing, cooking, reading and running, and generally enjoying life as much as I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in Italy, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia. I hosted people from Germany and Canada and I met Couchsurfers for drinks in Italy, Germany, Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia and of course in Utrecht, my hometown!

Swimming with pink river dolphins in the Bolivian jungle
Catching piranha's from that very same river
Walking on Montanita's beach and seeing whales from far away

The fact that I packed my bags at the age of 19 and took off solo to that mysterious continent of South America - the best decision of my life
