About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Laugh everyday!

ABOUT ME

I love my family and friends more than anything, delicious food makes my heart race, my friends and my sister keep me sane and novelty will never get old.

PHILOSOPHY

“This is your life. Do what you want and do it often.
If you don't like something, change it.
If you don't like your job, quit.
If you don't have enough time, stop watching TV.
If you are looking for the love of your life, stop; they will be waiting for you when you start doing things you love.
Stop over-analyzing, life is simple.
All emotions are beautiful.
When you eat, appreciate every last bite.
Life is simple.
Open your heart, mind and arms to new things and people, we are united in our differences.
Ask the next person you see what their passion is and share your inspiring dream with them.
Travel often; getting lost will help you find yourself.
Some opportunities only come once, seize them.
Life is about the people you meet and the things you create with them, so go out and start creating.
Life is short, live your dream and wear your passion.” - The Holstee Manifesto

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfing, hosting, meetings, parties...however I can!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted 3 times in Chicago and enjoyed it, but I've been traveling too much to host more often, unfortunately. I have also enjoyed the times that I've couchsurfed in other countries :)

Interests

When I'm home, I enjoy: hanging out with friends and family - getting outside to hike, snowboard, climb, run, bike - reading and writing - exploring new places in the mountains - watching movies - playing my keyboard - cooking - and trying new things with new people - taking lots of photos
When I'm traveling, I like: getting out of the cities and into the rural parts (but exploring new cities is awesome, too) - finding live music and good food that reflects deep traditions and history - meeting and partying like the locals - taking lots of photos
