About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To have an opportunity to decrease costs of travel in order to facilitate exploration and adventures, as well as provide accommodations for anyone needing to travel outside their state for any other reason.
ABOUT ME
Covid vaccinated x3 - cases are rising in SF.
I’m a nurse, a dabbling herbalist, and I have an amazing dog. I am a safe space for LGBTQIA and BIPOC folks. I love living in the quiet and beauty of Pacifica just 25 minutes away from downtown San Francisco, where I can enjoy live music, museums, restaurants. I love the concept of encouraging travel and gaining life experiences without funneling $$$$ into corporate hotels and resorts.
I am not interested in using this site as a dating or hook-up site. I do not have any desire to hookup with fellow couchsurfers. I am not ok sharing my bed. There is a twin bed with an ocean view for guests. If we meet and feel a friendship, we can follow each other on other platforms.
PHILOSOPHY
Follow your bliss. Be kind.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I mostly host folks.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I mostly surf the couches of friends. Which rocks.
Interests
I like going on adventures, finding new places, getting lost, getting found. I really like exploring places off the beaten path, a little more local, not so glitzy, but usually offering amazing experiences. I snowboard, go for walks, knit, sew, read, play dress-up with friends, craft, frequent festivals as a volunteer, dance (poorly, but with vigor), travel, and I work as a registered nurse in SF.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love so many genres of music: rock, punk, new wave, folk, funk, orchestra, blues, jazz, bluegrass, reggae, EDM, house…
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Watching turtles in the ocean, rainbows over mountains at 6000 feet, wandering among trees whose tops are in the clouds, countless sunsets along the North Coast, living, breathing, walking, eating, healing, taking in the world with amazing friends by my side..........awaiting the more that is surely to come.
Teach, Learn, Share
Openness, receptivity, love - together we are more than when we stand alone.
