About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"Very early, I knew that the only object in life was to grow."- Margaret Fuller. That's my mission, to grow, to learn, to have fun, and to remember not to take life too seriously, after all, nobody gets out alive.

ABOUT ME

I'm a little nuts. Normal people are boring. I don't fit into molds. I'm a little shy at first, first impressions are important to me, and I believe people should have a nice, firm handshake. I believe in ghosts, I have a twin, I'm just starting to travel, and I love dessert.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to grow, learn, better myself, and improve life for others.

“To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children...to leave the world a better place...to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.”

I'm easily amused, I laugh at everything, even inappropriate moments, and I really dislike people who force their opinions on others.

I swear a lot and I think everyone sucks at driving. I feel like there's nothing wrong with that.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read. Yep, I'm a part of the Harry Potter and Twilight Bandwagon. I like stories about vampires and real life. I also have many self-help books and I think I'm subconsciously starting a bartending book collection.

On my iPod you can find anything from Three Days Grace to Johnny Cash to the Spice Girls to Jim Croce to Garth Brooks to Benny Bennassi to Led Zeppelin to Ella Fitzgerald. I like it all.

Movies? I love comedies. Favorites being Zoolander and Super Troopers. I like chick flicks, I like war movies, I prefer old horror movies to new ones (they used to be suspenseful and fun, now they just try to gross you out), and I'm about to start exploring the classics. My favorite action flick might be Kill Bill.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cirque du Soleil. Nothing ever gets me as awestruck as whenever I go see it. Music, art, passion, dancing, beauty, health, and hard work all put together. It's amazing. Everyone should see it.

Teach, Learn, Share

"I've lived everything the way I've lived it to learn something from it, those are very valuable lessons whether I'm aware of them or not and I wouldn't trade my experiences and lessons for the world, they've made me who I am and they'll make me who I'm going to be, and I'm both excited and terrified to meet them."- Me

1) Laugh and take it easy. We're all gonna die someday, it's inevitable, so remember that you're not here forever and enjoy life to the fullest.

2) Live with no regrets. Even if you royally f*** up, you've still learned a valuable lesson that you'll remember for the rest of your life and I swear it will help you along the way and you'll be better for it.

3) Moo Goo Gai Pan is disgusting.

4) 1 hour of meditation is equal to 8 hours of sleep.

5) Exercise, Chocolate, Laughter, and Sex all release feel good chemicals called endorphins. In great balance and moderation, the presence of all of these really improves life.

6) Always have breath mints.

7) Trying to lose weight? Drink lots of water, use chopsticks, eat on smaller plates, get plenty of sleep, watch your sodium intake, pay attention to serving size (even if you don't follow it) and DO NOT weigh yourself every day. None of this messes up your schedule, everyone has time for these little changes.

8) When it comes to dessert, forget the diet.

9) Always, always say thank you. "I really appreciate that, thank you very much" is completely underrated. People love to hear it and you will feel better for being able to say it.

10) Remember we're all crazy.
