About Me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I learned about it in Malaysia and began hosting for about a year and really had nothing but wonderful experiences each time. I moved to Saigon in the summer of 2016 to help a friend start an International Pre-School.
I'm a traveler for life so I hope to meet a lot more couch surfers along the way, share experiences, and see the neighbourhood through their lens.
Interests
People and their stories, nutrition/health/wellness, education, travel, culture, spirituality, music, dance, sports and leading a moderately active lifestyle that includes a mix of swimming, walking, yoga, dance, scuba diving, paddle boarding and attempts at surfing. I indulge in a few TV shows, enjoy a good book or documentary and enjoy audio/visual learning through podcasts and Ted.com :-)

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm not a big TV watcher but when I do I'll probably just whip through 3-4 episodes at a time. I tend to only watch movies with company unless recommended. Try to avoid spending too much time on a sofa honestly.
Most of my books are education, nutrition, or travel related.
