About Me

Traveler drifting through time and space, re-learning all my past life lessons and evolving at an ever delightful pace. Yogi, empath, peaceful warrior. Lover of nature, cooking, biking, old musty books and places, naps down by the river in rain or snow or sun, rain in the woods and sun near the equator, living in tents and unseen spaces.

Every moment in life is an opportunity to find the flaw in what's before you, or the joy that's all around. I choose joy, and life gets better and better every time I make this choice.

I believe much of life is chaos but humans have the power to change their own circumstance. I believe we all have a path but that it might be something destined by our selves, not by a spirit or the stars or an old man in the sky. Or it might be. Or aliens.

I believe we are all connected, because it is evident that we are.

I believe that I am privileged in being capable of believing such beautiful things, because they have proven true for me. I believe there are others in the world who are born into a life of complete misery that is nearly impossible to escape, and I don't know why.

I endeavor to behave as conservatively with the earth's resources as I can, growing and making my own things, reusing and re-purposing and buying local, and biking everywhere and sometimes even pulling things out of trash cans.

I believe that what I believe is no more or less valid than what anyone else does. I am seeking others who have found a similar path.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: The Little Prince - Antoine de Saint-Exupery, The Gods Themselves - Issac Asimov, Illusions - Richard Bach, The Unbearable Lightness of Being - Milan Kundera - Tolstoy, Vonnegut, Anne Sexton, Sandra Cisneros, Hesse, Voltaire and Bierce all shaped me.

Music: Mostly good stuff. Sometimes bad stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Flying faster than the sunset and seeing it backwards, mastering the basics of trapeze, the view of Lake Atitlan from my balcony.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you very broken Spanish, miniature science fiction theories off the top of my head, how to make gluten free vegan cookies that aren't too bad (let's face it though, they'll never be the same), Laughter yoga, some simple chants that might improve your mood/life/day, and I can do a killer job organizing your cupboards, if you'll let me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Food, space, time, space/time theories, company, stories, laughter, knowledge, ideas, and tea. Lots and lots of tea.

Countries I’ve Visited

England, Guatemala, Iceland

Countries I’ve Lived In
