I live and grew up in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia, currently in Floyd Co. My husband and I have lived the last almost ten years "off grid" in several small (from 192 square feet to 450 square feet) houses with solar electric systems and an outhouse. I love living small, although I do miss having a washing machine.

I'm not in a space where I'm able to travel much at the moment, as a parent of a small child, but I look forward to traveling again someday soon and possibly assisting others in their travels if my location and living circumstances make it feasible.
