Hi!
We're a Spanish couple who used to live between Madrid, Paris, Barcelona and Ibiza.
A few weeks ago, we decided to accomplish a common dream: a 6 months travel around India and Southeast Asia.
We don't define ourselves as traditional backpackers, neither the contrary...we're just nice people wanting to see the world and meeting nice people back ;)

Amanda is an architect passionate about renewing old buildings and revitalizing cities. She's also a very (very) good cook and is willing to make the entire world taste her Spanish tortilla!
Daniel is a techie marketer who is passionate about sharing economy and online businesses. He loves partying and has decided to taste every local beer available in this trip! ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Actually, we're 100% new on couchsurfing, we think it's the very best way to get to know the countries we're visiting on this trip: India, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and Indonesia.

It is about meeting new people and discovering the real world in a real way.

Amanda:
Music: She loves Latin music (from the most vintage records to the most indie ones), Soul, Blues and basically all kinds of folk music.
Movies: Actually, with Game of Thrones, she hasn't got time enough to see so many movies lately...
Books: Game of Thrones! :)

Daniel:
Music: He listens to every good music he founds on Spotify: electronic music, reggae, blues, pop-rock.... His favorite Beatle is John Lennon.
Movies: Say Yes Man!
Books: Particularly focused now on beat generation classics: Kerouac, Bukowski, etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We've spent several summers selling water on Ibiza beaches, living in the woods and spending our earnings in pizza and mojitos :)))
And of course...
A few weeks ago, we decided to quit everything and start this f****ing amazing travel!

Amanda:
She cooks. Very well. And she always have some curious ideas to discuss. She also likes to share her new music discoveries with everyone!

Daniel:
He speaks Spanish, Catalan and French fluently. He's always willing to give some language courses to his international friends.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We would love to meet new people all around the world and welcome them later in Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, or our beloved secret island, Formentera.
