Me llamo Amandine, me encanta viajar y descubrir nuevas culturas. Soy francesa y vivo en México desde casi 3 años. Me encanta América Latina y este año me gustaría mucho visitar América Central. Me gusta mucho conocer a nuevas personas y compartir experiencias con ellas o solo aprender de ellas.

Hi everyone!

My name is Amandine, I love to travel and to discover new cultures. During my studies, I had the opportunity to travel a lot and to live in Russia for 6 months and a year in Argentina. Now I have been living in Mexico for almost 3 years. I'm a big fan of Latin America and this year I want to discover Central America. I love meeting new people and sharing experiences with them or just learning from them.

I am currently traveling in central America and intend to visit several places. I hope I can improve this trip with new encounters. I hope I'll meet you soon 😁

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people and share with them a part of my trip. I love cultural exchanges and I'll be glad to have some recommendations from locals.

I think couchsurfing is a really good way to help each other. When I'm hosting, I'm very happy to help travelers to discover and enjoy a new culture and if I can help them with accommodation it's a pleasure.

Music, Movies, and Books

I looove watching series, I'm kind of a binge-watching person, I saw more than 150 series so hard to tell which one is my favorite ahah
I love historic films and Korean cinema. But in the end I'm a good audience, I like to watch all kinds of films, except maybe horror films.

I think the music I listen the most is french alternative music, latin music and rap, but I like all kind of music in general. I enjoy going to techno or reggaeton parties and to see live music.

I love historic books and fiction novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The new one: to hike the Fuego Volcano en Guatemala 🤩 Probably one of the most incredible things I did in my life!

To cross the Uyuni Salar in Bolivia for a few days and see the Milky Way up close. It was so impressive, I'll never forget it.

To do 3 student exchange programs during university (Russia, Argentina and Mexico)

And a lot more I can tell you around a beer if you want 😁
