I am a Zen student. By that I mean, I try my best to totally be immersed in the present moment- whatever that may be. I love a sense of humour. And, I like to read - a lot!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always wanted to travel the world. However, due to my lack of courage, or time, or money, or perhaps all of the above, I couldn't. Now, I feel like this is the right moment to get out there - to meet some new fascinating people and exchange knowledge and culture with them. And I believe CS makes this endeavour more convenient.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In high school, I founded a small liberal philosophy group that had half a dozen members. It wouldn't be an overstatement if I said 'it made high school worth it!'. It was amazing! I'm still proud!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share with hosts my presence, as a field of energy, an awareness. Really, I'm serious! There is only so much that words can express. The rest, and probably the most important part, of the exchange is possible only by being present. Also, perhaps, coffee and my great sense of humour (or, so I think!).
