ABOUT ME

I'm currently traveling!!!

I'm all about enjoying life... smiles, laughter and passionate fun. I love to travel and explore and experience new things. When I'm not traveling I have a cozy round cottage on the side of a mountain in Asheville, NC USA - elevation 4000' plus - which I'm renovating. (

I try to keep all aspects of my life as balanced and healthy possible. I work out fairly regularly and enjoy yoga, aerobics, tai chi, qi gong. hiking and more.

I'm an artist and poet at heart...with a passion for writing. Currently working on my first full length manuscript about the dynamics of consciousness as it relates to quantum physics.

Of course, I love to travel... and am grateful for the freedom and opportunity to explore life's many diverse experiences. I find myself continually surrounded by beauty...and am recognizing with awe and gratitude the inherent beauty in all things.

I don't like to label and define myself or others too narrowly. But if I were asked to list the first things that come to mind right now to describe myself... I would say...

Free-spirited, passionate, spontaneous, genuine, honest, light-hearted, fun-loving, enthusiastic, sincere, intelligent, well-read, insatiably inquisitive, forward thinking, creative, sensual, caring, loving, communicative, supportive, easy going... with endless smiles...

with a sparkle... and whimsical way... uniquely my own...
