Balance. There is balance in everything in the world.
I live my life because if I don't then who will. If I wasn't living my life then I don't think I would have anything to look forward to but death, and thats just depressing.

Tabula Rasa, or a blank slate. Everything. I think it is important to find an interesting aspect in everything that I encounter.

When I read I love fiction and fantasy. I adore the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and grew up waiting for each Harry Potter book. I also enjoy satires and comedic writing as well. COMIC BOOKS. I am a die hard Spider-Man fan and I feel that Stan Lee is one of the top 5 most awesome people. I obviously favor Marvel to DC, but I also have a soft spot for Dark Horse and I think Frank Miller is genius.

I could watch movies all day long. I don't value horror films as much unless the plot line is strong and compelling. Because I used to be involved in theatre, I am a fan of any film or production with a well written plot with complete character portrayals. I'm into all of the epic films like LOTR, Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter and the likes. I am also an Adam Sandler and Chris Farley addict. I also quote Anchorman and Zoolander like its going out of style. Guy Ritchie is also kickass.

Music, the gateway to the soul. My mother is an incredible musician and a teacher. Both of my brothers are guitarists, and I dabbled with the flute (didn't have a choice on that one.) I do enjoy rock and roll, but I usually listen to more relaxed songwriters. Flogging Molly, Prince, Lenny Kravitz, Florence and the Machine, Michael Franti, 80s hair metal, 40s swing, 50s crooners, late 80s rap...I love it all.

One of the most raw experiences that I've had is to free climb a vine in the Amazon, that and having my hand covered in termites to be used for mosquito repellent.
