I grew up moving around every three years as a child (dad in the Navy), and called the Land of Enchantment (NM) my home since 1993. I recently relocated to Los Angeles (2016), where I am pursuing my career in yoga teaching, and working toward holding retreats on tropical islands. I teach many different formats ranging from restorative to HIIT, and everything in between.

I'm passionate about wellness & elevating consciousness, but I'm also very mellow & considerate. I tend to listen more than I talk.
