I am Amber and I live in the Netherlands. I really love to learn about new cultures and that's why I love traveling! Currently I am studying Media and Cultural Studies at Utrecht University and I am specializing in film with a minor in American Studies. I do like to spend time with my friends and family. I am always up for watching movies, dancing or a party.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Last summer, I traveled to the USA with friends to do a roadtrip. We traveled the Route 66 and did some couchsurfing in some places. I think it is an amazing way to meet local people, learn about their cultures and to make new friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love different kinds of music, movies and books. I like to collect filmmusic and when I have time I like to read. I like to watch movies of different genres, except for thriller/horror, it gets me scary nightmares, haha.
