About Me
I'm a Canadian-based illustrator, art instructor and cartoonist; I studied Fine Art at NSCAD University in Halifax, Nova Scotia but I'm from the western prairies.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm travelling around Europe for the year with my boyfriend; we want to have an adventurous year with seeing new sights, meeting new people and enjoying what life throws our way!
We'd like to meet with neat people and make friends on our adventures, so if you'd like, message us up!

Teach, Learn, Share
I love to teach art to people, but packaged as ANYTHING IN THE WORLD classes: I've taught watercolours, portraiture, anatomy, perspective, bookbinding, embroidery, and illustration in the guise of atmospheric sciences, monster lore, world travel, ancient history and more! I'm interested in a lot of subjects and can chat about most anything!
I have a pop-up event shop that hosts s small lessons, attractions, or classes around town hosted by businesses, individuals, or run under our own steam. As we're travelling this year, Eventers will be happening all around Europe. Keep posted on Couchsurfer or on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Eventers/554990797963916
I like to hear stories; you can learn so much and see different viewpoints when you stop and listen-I've gleaned good tales from elderly ladies in the park, children I've taught at summer camps, and heard great tales from other adventurers! If you have tales to tell, I'd love to listen!
