About Me
I'm a very warm and open person who is constantly seeking new and life enriching experiences... I try to spend as much of my time as I can outdoors, away from the technological trappings of modern life ;) Adore big hilly hikes, long distance running, wild swimming, sitting on the earth under trees.. basically anything which connects me back to nature.

Music, Movies, and Books
Films: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind . Synecdoche New York . Spirited Away . The Princess Bride . Amelie . Kumare .
Books: Don't seem to find as much time to read as I'd like, but prefer non-fiction to novels etc... Nutrition based books by the likes of Patrick Holford / T. Colin Campbell. If I choose to read I want to read something which expands my mind in one form or another :)
Music: Live music... any music which has been beautifully put together and makes me want to dance!!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Gosh.. how to define amazing? I recently left my very well paid job as an Architect because I'd become completely disillusioned with the commercial / money-driven nature of the industry... and have since taken up a (not particularly well paid) job at the visitor centre of a local arboretum. Everyone told me I was mad for doing it, and yeah I am struggling a little to make ends meet now... but I spend my work days looking out over 120 acres of wooded parkland and it's just bliss :) Money is a necessary evil but breaking away from the thought process that I 'needed' to be earning £40k+ to live a decent life has been so liberating!!!
Teach, Learn, Share
I love sharing my growing knowledge of naturopathic nutrition and talking about the work I do with an Amazonian frog medicine called Kambo :)
