I like people. I really enjoy getting to know others, and I believe that everyone's story is of value. Travel and culture have always excited me, and I hope to spend my life seeing the world, meeting new people, and giving time to every person I come in contact with.

I'm a social worker, and so most of my time goes to fighting social injustice. I also love my church and am really involved serving within my faith family.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

1. I once travelled up a mountain in San Jose and was so awestruck by the breathtakingly beautiful view of the valley below. I can still remember the vibrant colors and the morning fog. It was a sight I hope to never forget.

2. I grew up in the Shenandoah Valley of West Virginia. There is a place not far from my home called Harpers Ferry. HF is acutally the town that inspired John Denver to write "Country Roads". It's a beautiful place. Everyone ought to see it.

3. Kolkata, India has been my favorite trip. I went with a missions team, and we spent all two weeks telling people about Jesus. The people of India are incredibly hospitable and incredibly beautiful. I miss them so much, but look forward to many return trips.
