ABOUT ME

Always looking for adventures and for new things to learn.

While traveling, I prefer a slow pace and living in one place/city to explore it, get to know it's people, and live their lives. Most recent experiences include Goa in India, Rosario in Argentina, and New York City.

Currently educating myself in yoga, kickboxing, running, healthy natural foods, and Spanish language & culture while attempting to disconnect myself from the mad consumerist society we live in.

I love to share what I know about yoga, kickboxing, running, and healthy living. I like to exchange travel stories, and stories about the people and things I have experienced around the world.
