Overview
About Me
I am a Canadian gal living the digital nomad life for the past 6 months (originally from Whistler, currently in Montreal). I work as a life coach specializing in Human Design (ask me to read your chart and we'll be instant friends). My purpose in life is to help women re-claim their freedom by coming home to their true self and living their life their way. I'm a lover of adventure and exploration, a connoisseur of personal development books, a beginner meditator and a really bad singer (but I put on a mean Frozen II performance in my kitchen!) I like to say I'm an extroverted introvert. A lot of people would describe me as a social butterfly but I do love my me time. I'm usually up for a few social drinks or a day hike with friends, but most evenings you can catch me in the bath with a good book or sat by a lake with my journal.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined Couchsurfing when I solo travelled around Greece for 2 months in 2021 and had the most incredible experiences with the people I met. I’m here to meet interesting people and find friends to explore with.
Interests
I'm a selective outdoorsy person- I've been snowboarding for 16 years, I love to paddleboard and hike and wander around beautiful gardens, I like to bike, I play the occasional game of tennis. But I'm equally as content having a picnic in the park, sitting by the lake with a book, spending a day at the spa or taking in an art museum. I'm into what some may refer to as "the woo woo" but I like to call the metaphysical- Astrology, Human Design, crystals, tarot, connecting with the spirit realm, all that fun stuff my parents can’t stand me for ;)

Music, Movies, and Books
When it comes to music I'm all over the board. I like a little country, a lot of pop, some blues, a bit of the girl power genre, chill acoustic covers, some mantra music here and there... basically whatever the mood calls for. In terms of movies I'm also pretty open minded but my one stipulation is it's gotta have at least one main female character otherwise I'm bored. Books are probably one of my favorite things in the entire world, I'd be lost without a good book on me at all times. I'm deep into the personal development- You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero was my awakening book and shortly after that Untamed by Glennon Doyle changed my life. Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert and Rise Sister Rise by Rebecca Campbell are a couple other favorites. Outside of non-fiction Jodi Picoult is my all time favorite author and I’m also a fan of Kristin Hannah.
