I'm a vivaciously unaware sushi loving geek! I'm very laid back and open. I only have one rule - respect others, animals included! Everyone is here to do their own thing, let's not judge.

I love to hear people's stories and learn about other lifestyles. I enjoy trying new things and learning about new subjects.

PHILOSOPHY

Let everyone do whatever makes them feel happy even if it wouldn't make us happy. As long as it isn't effecting me negatively I don't care how you make your choices. Everyone has their own path to lead.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am both a surfer and a host (currently traveling). I love to share experiences with people - both creating new ones together and sharing past ones.

I tell everyone I know about how amazing couch surfing is, I have never had a bad experience! I love being a part of this community :)

Intereses

I love food, star trek, other nerdy things, technology, sewing, reading, animals, meeting new people and cooking - and traveling, of course! I like a lot of things, I dabble in many interests. I'm sure we can find something in common!

I am not very media-centric so this is kind of limited but check it out!

Music: I like many types of music! Mostly music without lyrics - EDM, Techno, folksy remixes. I also Eminem, Mumford and Sons, Glitchmob...basically whatever pandora puts on!

TV and Movies: STAR TREK! Family guy, Archer, Bob's burgers and all other adult cartoons. I enjoy watching documentaries and comedies - especially things with Seth Rogan.

Books: I love fantasy books, sci-fi, thrillers, how-to / DIY "for dummies" books...I like to read all kinds of things!

Video Games: Fallout 3 (and now 4!) and New Vegas. Diablo 2, LOD and 3. All the Tropicos. Artemis. Theif. Tomb Raider. Plants vs. Zombies.

I went to Burning Man (twice now)! Its amazing and life changing. It's become a pilgrimage for me. I spent a month traveling across the states in a hippie bus. Also, I've been horseback riding in the ocean which was amaaaaazing! Now, I'm headed to southeast Asia for 4 months!

I'm not to terrible in the kitchen. I'd love to teach you some recipes! I'm also a tarot card reader, and know how to make paper flowers!

While in Asia I would love to learn about traditions and customs of the culture. I'm also a huge foodie and would love to share flavors.

As my host, I would love to cook you dinner! I enjoying cooking and don't have nearly enough people back home to cook for. I'm also happy to help out with anything you need, take you out to lunch, bring you something from Chicago...I'm also very respectful and will make sure to clean up after myself and not be in the way.
