HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've used Couchsurfing around Europe mainly, and hosted some in NYC when I can find the time. When in Seattle I attended meet and greets regularly. I have made several lifetime friends through CS and talk with them constantly and visit when I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experience has been mainly in Europe. I surfed quite a bit, not as much as I should have, and attended CS meetings in Sofia, Bulgaria, and Nis, Serbia, and Seattle, WA. Now living in NY, I am hosting when I can to return the much appreciated favor and love.

I can learn anything you teach me. I hope. But so far I'm bad at languages! I can teach you about wine and whiskey. Maybe a yoga pose or two. I am very busy in New York, but if I'm out with friends you are always welcome!

My preference is really to hang out and get to know the people I stay with. Of course, I am very independent, but the point of surfing to me is not a free bed. Dinner and drinks together, going to your favorite bar with your friends, or seeing your favorite park or museum are things I love.
