I work as a healer in different regards. I love to climb, be outdoors, bring people closer to themselves, to practice yoga, to teach yoga, to eat healthy foods, to love my body and my fiance and my dog. I like to wake up early and be quiet with the world. I like to share meals with caring people.

I like to volunteer at an awesome farm in moab and spend time with other people and helping the garden grow! I also volunteer with Search and Rescue.
