I am a very practical, but also a free spontaneous spirit. i believe in soul searching. i love to bring calmness to people, and yoga too. i love dancing and painting and climbing trees and being barefoot:)

i follow a little bit of everything. i love Buddha's teachings. and just be nice to people. be aware of your space in the world. you cant control the way other people act, you can only control how you react to it.

the most amazing thing i have ever done...hmmmm went away to yoga school in Arizona. best thereapy and life decision i have ever made.
