About Me

I'm a Colombian student of Business Administration but I'm in love with Digital Marketing doing a voluntary service year in Germany. I live in Lutherstadt Wittenberg and I'm working with the project of the 500 years of Martin Luther Reformation (Reformationsjubiläum 2017 / Weltausstellung). One of these projects is "Café #Friedenswege" where I do the Social Media, some interviews and some blogging.

P.s: I can take you for free to the exhibitions :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Being part of this net makes me believe more in what is good in the world, trust more in people and be conscious on what our privileges means. Sharing this three things and learning about them is the reason why I'm in Couchsurfing, as well as finding new friends , travel as much as I can with a really limited budget (really not much) and help other travelers with hosting.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music genre is Alternative Latin American sounds like Bomba Estéreo, Gepe, Monsieur Periné, Perotá Chingó, or some pop artist like Esteman or Natalia Lafourcade. After some months in Germany I also enjoy Electro, Techno, Deep.

I like to find nice horror or thriller movies but I know that is extremely hard to find them, If you have any suggestion I will definitely try it.

Related to books I enjoy to read some conspiracy lectures but now I'm experimenting a bit with romantic novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was a participant in Ruta Quetzal BBVA 2012 and in that opportunity I travel through Colombia (where I met the president) and Spain (where I met the kings), besides the chance to be part of an expedition made of more than 200 teenagers from Iberoamerica.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook some Colombian and Peruvian food (I lived in Perú for 5 years), teach Spanish, English and how to dance latin rhythms. I can also share a nice beer and a really nice chat!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share everything about my culture, the political situation in my country (I love to talk about it), dancing and a nice place to relax and enjoy your trip.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Spain, United States
