ABOUT ME

Currently, I'm in the middle of earning a chemical engineering degree from West Virginia University and working for Dow Chemical Company.

I love to experience new places and meet new people. When I was little my family went on road trips all the time. Now that I'm older I've started to travel abroad more and have visited Italy, France, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany.

Although I love to travel, I'm always happy when I get to come back home. I grew up in the mountains of WV and absolutely love my home state. There is definitely a reason that it is called wild and wonderful West Virginia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a new surfer, but I'm really excited to begin couchsurfing and hosting other couchsurfers!

Interests

I like to paint landscapes, take naps in the sun, visit new places, and dance where ever I can. My favorite season is the beginning of each, because I like beginnings. Endings make me sad.

To unwind and relieve stress I like to run and ride my road bike. I've started to learn to snowboard, but I'm not that good.

I love to talk long hikes and in the winter go cross country skiing, because for the most part I'd much rather be outside than in.
