About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Developing my business as a personal fitness coach. Running a wellness retreat this Sept 2018 in the beautiful state of Montana!
ABOUT ME
I'm easy to get along with. I'm a laid back person and enjoy being around positive people who want to experience the most out of life. I love being outside and breathing the fresh air, running, biking or anything active. I enjoy meeting new people and sharing stories over a bottle of wine or a good meal. Staying fit and healthy is a priority for me and it is my greatest passion to share this love of fitness with others.
A great day for me involves sleeping plenty, exercising, take my dog outside, cook a delicious meal, enjoying live music or playing darts.
PHILOSOPHY
Never stop learning. Run towards the roar. Live the life you dream of.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We used Couchsurfing to travel all over Europe. Best way to experience the local life anywhere! We met some wonderful people who I have still remained friends with!
A friend and I also stayed with a few guys from Vail CO when we were there for a music festival. It was an awesome experience and they were more than accommodating. They went out of their way to help us out getting around town and gave us a great place to stay.
