ABOUT ME

Puertorrican, recently returned to the island, after almost 3 years. People see me as different, even strange,, I describe myself as unique... I'm open minded and easy going. I don't usually tend to do or like what people would,, I'm just me and hopefully always be... I believe that if you are what the society wants you to be you won't be you, but the reflect of what another person want you to be,, in that way you will never be happy...
I could say that I'm a workaholic, but there's always time for music... I'm a serious person, with a lot to say and to laugh inside...

PHILOSOPHY

difficult,, when I actually see the world from another point of view... it all depends with the eye that you see,,, also believe that the human being is a neutral entity, which reacts to situations and emotions,, I don't believe in great feelings as love, happiness, but to happy moments,,, probably that's why we are always looking for more, ignoring the great moments we live daily...
people do not change, they discover themselves...
never look back, there's exactly where the conformism born...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used it in my past travel to South America, and so it served,, I ended moving to Argentina for a year...
I surfed with one surfer in PR before leaving the island...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

mostly used in South America, so far I can say that had been my best experiences in traveling...

Interests

Probably, we all as humans are interested in having a great but not good quality of life and that's why we travel... But, why not to find this in our everyday standards... Yes, other than my great culinarian/gastronomy passion I often try to decode and analyze people, societies and even movements... I'm interested in the social sciences,,, tha's why I enjoy just looking at people, not because I want to know their lifes, but what does move them,,, what moves the world,, what moves me... and ending up a little frustrated,, with a reason to keep moving, keep searching, keep learning and living...
... I luv art in all of it's expressions, the only place where all our feeling really talk... (yes, I'm difficult to decode)

Music, Movies, and Books

It's actually impossible to deny Carl María von Weber when he stated that "Music is the true universal language" because he really meant it...
I love music, it doesnt only expresses, but takes us to places with only a beat... I enjoy the way culture expreses thru it,,, I would actually consider myself as indie,,, leaning on to instruments,, enjoying electronic as well...
I prefer latin movies, not because I'm latin, because thru them you can actually receive emotions, experiences...
Reading, better than just watching,, the mind can take you to places that will only be there, inside you, but also will only be yours,, with your thoughts.. I enjoy literature, mostly latin... but also history, and socials...

People say that the best university of the world are the experiences and time,,, I guess that more than that, the people and the moment are the ones that makes us who we are,,, and that we all as humans have something to offer,, I'm open to all type of experiences, to help me grow and be a better person... and on the other side to show what I know, probably using my side of psychology will be my best offering to the world...
