Originally from Bristol, England, I now live in Leeds where I study French and Linguistics at university. But my true aim in life is to visit every country! I took two years out of education after high school, during which time I worked in a hostel in France and travelled the world - from a road trip around the US, to motor biking in Vietnam, to making friends for life in Eastern Europe.

I also love learning languages - I’ve learned French, German and Spanish with varying degrees of proficiency (French is the best) and I’m always keen to practise!

I became intrigued about couchsurfing after a friend told me about her great experiences with it, and I got to hang out with one of her couchsurfing hosts. I’m keen to get insider info on the places I visit and see less touristy parts of cities, as well as making new friends :)

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

In May 2018 I embarked on a 4 day motorbike trip through the mountains and rice fields of Northern Vietnam with pretty much no prior motorbike experience! It was nerve wracking at times but the scenery and opportunity to see a less visited part of Vietnam was amazing.

I don’t have any one thing that I am super talented at, but I have lots of basic skills I could share with you like guitar, French, German and of course English! If you know any other languages I’d love to learn a bit, and I can also cook you vegan food :)
