I've always loved to travel and have been able to see many places - especially those close to home. I love to read, listen to music and do creative things. I enjoy spending time with my family - my brothers, sisters, parents, nieces and nephews, etc. I love to play board games and do puzzles. I've started to learn a little more about photography so I can improve my pictures, especially when I get to do some travelling. I'm single and want to start doing some more adventures on my own and start seeing the beautiful sights around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always loved to travel. When I was growing up we did a lot of camping in the beautiful areas around me. As I've grown, I've been able to explore more of the United States. I've usually gone with my family to visit and camp and we've always had great time. Recently, I have decided that I'd like to try some adventures on my own - gain some independence and go at my own pace. I love interacting with those who live in these places. They have great stories and I'd like to share my story and create many more. I hope Couchsurfing will help me to make new friends throughout the world as I start to do some travelling. Meanwhile, I want to share my beautiful home and area with those who are travelling and passing by this great place!

I love movie soundtracks - How To Train Your Dragon - is one of my favorites. Coldplay, OneRepublic, Josh Groban, Regina Spektor, Josh Turner, Imagine Dragons

Fantasy is my go to genre: anything by Brandon Sanderson; Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Discworld books, Carol Berg, Mercedes Lackey, Wheel of Time series, many more.
I also enjoy nonfiction, especially histories and biographies, cozy mysteries, thrillers, classics, children's and YA fiction. If you like to read we have something in common.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just got back from an amazing trip to New Zealand. What a beautiful country! It inspired me to start be more adventurous and to go after my dreams.
