salutations!! I finished my first year of University last year and now I've just embarked on a backpacking adventure across Asia by myself with no return ticket! I'm independent, I love connecting with new people and listening to their stories and perspectives. I'm also passionate about creating tangible positive change in the world, and empowering others to do the same.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing as I see it as an awesome way to connect with individuals from all around the world, and gauge a different perspective than one of a tourist. Having that insight into local culture and knowledge would be so incredible.

Interests

I love music, I've played violin and sung since I was little and going to live concerts is one of my favourite things. I have a strong connection with nature, being outside on a mountain or in a forest is my happy place. I also love writing,and learning languages fascinates me, so I'd love to exchange some with fellow couchsurfers! And there's nothing like some board games to connect a group of people, hence I love them as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love lots of Australian indie artists, but also love rock, soul, classical, musicals and basically anything else!! I love adventure/comedy/drama/action movies, and most other genres except horror. Im always excited to hear new recommendations for music books and movies alike, and sharing these with people is so rewarding.

I'd love to learn other languages, and I'd be more than happy to help others learn English. I'd love to share stories, share cuisines, share laughs and teach others about my life perspectives whilst learning about theirs!
