ABOUT ME

After uni, I set off for South East Asia. I ended up travelling round Australia too.

When I reached the Blue Mountains, I met my current partner, Haden, through couchsurfing. We travelled South America together.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was introduce to couchsurfing whilst living in France- my housemate and I hosted a few people and also stayed with others whilst exploring more of the country.

In Sydney, my partner and I host.

I feel very fortunate to have been able to use couchsurfing as a way of seeing so much of Australia.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All my experiences have been postive- I've met so many new people and had a lot of fun. I love hearing other peoples' stories.

Music: Pretty much anything, especially if it's live.

Movies: Action films. This Is England. I'm terrible with films, and will sometimes watch them, only to get half way through and realise I've already seen it.

Books: Neil Gaiman. The Power- Naomi Alderman.

Hitch hiked to Croatia from Swansea, Wales, meeting lots of interesting people along the way.

Climbed Mt Fuji all night, in order to see the sunrise from the summit. In the end, it was too cloudy to see anything, but the climb itself was amazing.

I like to share good stories over a bottle of wine. Happy to cook a meal to show my appreciation.
